The long-awaited trailer for video game adaptation released on Friday.
Universal Pictures and Legendary Pictures have released the first official trailer for Warcraft: The Beginning.
The anticipated adaptation of the popular video game series will explore the initial origins and encounters between the humans and orcs and their opposing conflicts in a mythical, fantasy world.
Warcraft: The Beginning will explore various characters and locations featured in the game series and stars Travis Fimmel, Paula Patton, Ben Foster, Dominic Cooper and Toby Kebell. Moon‘s Duncan James directs the ensemble cast as well as pens the script alongside Charles Leavitt.
Official synopsis: The peaceful realm of Azeroth stands on the brink of war as its civilization faces a fearsome race of invaders: Orc warriors fleeing their dying home to colonize another. As a portal opens to connect the two worlds, one army faces destruction and the other faces extinction. From opposing sides, two heroes are set on a collision course that will decide the fate of their family, their people and their home. So begins a spectacular saga of power and sacrifice in which war has many faces, and everyone fights for something.
